We’re smack in the middle of winter and all I can think of is food. Here are two recipes for you to try this week that will keep you warm and wanting more.
If you’re anything like me, you gravitate towards comfort food in the winter and doing exercise is optional. The combination is not great in terms of staying reasonably fit and healthy. Over the last year or so I realised that comfort food doesn’t have to be unhealthy! Although my exercise levels are still questionable this time of year, at least I’m seeking out healthier recipes now.
Below are videos of two hearty winter recipes. The first is tomato soup. I am obsessed with making soup this winter! This recipe is so easy to follow. Personally, I can’t have soup without bread, so I recommend you add a slice or two. The second is spicy Shakshuka. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it’s a favourite.
