05 Mar Kimberly-Clark partners with the Guide Dog Association of South Africa
Kimberly-Clark announced its partnership with the Guide Dog Association of South Africa with the launch of its new look toilet paper.
I don’t usually blog about toilet paper, but I couldn’t help myself. Did you know that Kimberly-Clark partnered with the Guide Dog Association of South Africa with the launch of its new toilet paper? Makes sense as most of us associate the cute little labrador puppy with Baby Soft toilet paper. I’m looking forward to seeing the good they’ll be doing for the visually impaired in South Africa.
Kimberly-Clark was kind enough to send over some of its new-look 2 ply Kleenex toilet paper to me. ‘It incorporates the brand’s innovative Soft Wave embosser technology, which delivers a softer feel and superior absorbency.’ From that sentence I take it that the toilet paper is softer and absorbs more effectively.
The above is rather important, isn’t it? Just think about it. I don’t know anyone who uses toilet paper only for its intended use. We all use it to blow our noses when a tissue isn’t on hand, mop up small spills, absorb bloody nicks and cuts from shaving and so forth. The uses for toilet paper can be endless.
Here’s to softer and more absorbent toilet paper; and to Kimberly-Clark to make a difference with its new partnership.
